Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your equipment if necessary and pack it securely in its original box, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label or ship the item via a tracked courier to our central York Fitness distribution warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
