Do York Fitness products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our equipment comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor. Some premium models may offer extended frame warranties.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
Currently, we provide detailed assembly manuals and video guides for all products. Professional third-party assembly services can be recommended upon request depending on your location.
